The staff at Pacific Gardens understand the importance of providing the right care for people facing memory loss. In the memory support program, a customized care plan is developed for each resident with the involvement of family members. Family support groups and educational programs are offered to help them through this stressful period.

The memory support program is all-inclusive, providing all the services of the assisted living program in addition to customized care. Residents have the opportunity to interact with others, with plenty of talking and laughing, and an abundance of interactive activities to help combat memory loss. They receive a healthy, nutritious diet, another vital ingredient in their care. In addition, memory support residents are included in many of the same activities and entertainment as those in assisted living.

Pacific Gardens’ memory support program was designed for the safety and well-being of residents through a secure environment, complete with its own courtyard, a customized dining room, and activity room. The caregivers accompany residents for walks in the neighborhood, and they also enjoy scenic drives which provide stunning views of the Bay and other beautiful attractions.
