About Us

Pacific Gardens is an independently owned community centrally-located in the Santa Clara valley. Because it is privately owned, Pacific Gardens offers a distinctly personal touch and a warm atmosphere that residents love.

When the members of Community Home Partners set out to build Pacific Gardens, they envisioned a reasonably priced community with a high-quality of care. Their personal experience with their own aging parents and years of work in the building industry were the perfect tools to construct a well planned community. With financial help from the City of Santa Clara Redevelopment Agency, they succeeded in building Pacific Gardens - their dream of gracious, affordable living.

Philosophy of Care

It is the Pacific Gardens' mission to provide an atmosphere that fosters the enjoyment of life and builds a sense of community. The entire staff has a deep respect for people’s right to age with grace and that the later years of a person’s life should be filled with happiness, dignity, and plenty of laughter. You will find all three in abundance here. Independent ownership — together with funding from the City of Santa Clara — enables Pacific Gardens to focus on resident care rather than the bottom line.
